No Returns After Dispatch
Once items have been dispatched from our facility, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged Goods Policy
We are committed to delivering products in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged merchandise:
Notification Requirement: Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Replacement Item: We will prepare a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
Collection Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for collecting the replacement item from our premises.
Collection Window: Replacement items must be collected within 24 hours of claim approval.
